We provide customised solutions for coated pipe bundling and pre slinging. Bundling is done with the help of high tenacity polyester straps and specially made Coated Buckles with the help of tensioner. The bundling process is very easy and even factory labours can bundles the pipe once trained by our technical assistance and product demo.
The coated pipes are prone to get scratches when tied with iron steel strap, but with our bundling system with HTPY straps and coated buckles coating remain safe.
We also supply pre slinging endless loops for lifting of pipe bundles. These endless slings are available in various capacities and lengths.

We supply one way slings for different usage and capacity range. Common application for these one way slings are lifting, positioning and transportation of various items mainly pipes etc for export cargo. These slings are inserted in the pipe bundles prior to dispatch at the designated load balance points so that no additional slinging is required while loading in the cargo, thus save the time and efforts.

After the load reaches its destination it is unloaded by these one way slings. These slings can be designed for 6-7 lifting usage. These one way slings can be designed for capacity range few kilos to 5 tons. Higher capacity one way slings are also available as per specific requirements. One way slings are engineered and tested at the point of manufacture with a safety factor of 5:1 and labelled accordingly. One way slings are endless types but can be made in eye to eye type also.
